The pricing for Nice.com is as follows:
- Digital Agent: $71 per month per user
- Voice Agent: $94 per month per user
- Omnichannel Agent: $110 per month per user
- Orchestration, Optimization and Analytics Essential Suite: $135 per month per user
- Core Suite: $169 per month per user
- Complete Suite: $209 per month per user

Payment Method
The Payment Method for Nice.com is as follows:
A return authorization number assigned by a Nice representative must accompany all returned parts or product. Parts or product that are returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
For warranty service or returns on Nice equipment, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required. This can be obtained by calling Returns at 1-855-546-3351 or sending an email to returns@niceforyou.com.
All products have date code labeling and/or serial number labeling to determine the warranty period. Dealers and Distributors are required to call Nice to troubleshoot product in question before an RA will be issued. An Application Engineer will troubleshoot and verify the product defect and assign a Troubleshooting Ticket Number (TTN).
Please note that only the GC2 & GC3 panels and cell radio modules that were sold after 5/1/18 will qualify for the new 3-year warranty. Any product sold prior to 5/1/18 will still be under the original warranty.
Nice will not repair out of warranty products. Customers are encouraged to purchase a replacement product for their needs. Products under warranty will continue to be covered by the standard warranty and returns policy.
All defective products returned to Nice for repair or replacement must first be pre-approved by Nice Returns and have an assigned RA#; please call Nice Returns at 855-546-3351 or send an email to returns@niceforyou.com.
Dealers and distributors are required to call Nice and get a TTN to speak with an Application Engineer to troubleshoot the problem or issue before an RA will be issued.
Please note Nice requires the following information to provide you with a TTN: Customer’s name, Customer’s shipping address, Customer’s telephone number and email address, Customer’s contact name, The part number (s) being returned, The quantity of each item being returned, The product’s date code and serial number.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all defective 2GIG products will be replaced in lieu of credit.

How To Open A NICE CXone Account?
To open an account on Nice.com, follow these steps:
- Download the Nice App from your mobile app store on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
- Open the app and click 'Sign Up'.
- Enter your account details (First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Employer, Gender, Phone Number and Email Address). Use a personal email address, not one provided by your employer.
- Confirm your email address.
- Enter and confirm your password. Please note that your password must include letters, numbers and at least one special character. You’ll need to enter the same password twice to move forward.
- Enter your Home Address, City, State and Zip Code. Your employer will have already provided this to Nice. Your address will be used to confirm your eligibility for these benefits and serve as the primary location for any in-home care or mail delivery of medications.
- Read the fine print, including the Patient Consents, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages. If you’re like most people, just check the box saying you agree to it and move on.
- Click 'Submit' when complete.
Once you've created your account, you can log in by opening the app, clicking 'Log In', and entering the email address and password you used to create your account. If you've forgotten your password, click 'Don’t Remember your password?' and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you have dependents that you’d like to include in your Nice benefits, they do not need to have their own accounts, rather they can be added to your account. Here’s how:
